Today at seagulls we did some stretches and then Traffic Lights. We then did some turning and some running to a cone and running with the ball to the cone. We then did overhead in which you throw the ball into the game. It was then time for a match. The captains were Fran and Tom. The gully award went to Dane and Tom. Jason please come to Sunday Seagulls as we have got a big surprise for you.

Today at Seagulls we did some running and side steps we then did the Goal Celebration goal. After the warmup we played Defender and team in which you have to score against the oposing team we then did some ball control where we moved the ball to the players and ran with the ball. We then did a Match. The score was 6-6. The gully awards went to Little Luke and Adam.

I just want to say thank you so much for last night i really enjoyed going to the Olly Murs concert at the O2 Arena in London i had a really good time thanks Dwayne and Nikki for letting me come and thanks to Stuart Spencer's dad for giving me a lift back home i really apprieciated it i had a good laugh so thank you so much.

Today at Seagulls we did a realy race in 3 teams and you had to run backwards and forwards. We then did where you got into 2 teams and ran to the cone and did some running and then scored a goal. Then it was a match. Greens 2 Blues 4. Then we did Cross bar challenge. The Gully awards today went to Captain Luke and Adam. Dwayne someone will phone you tomorrow.

We then had 2 teams if you did not score then you would go to Shelly and if you scored then you would go back in the line. Then it was time for the 2 matches. The gully awards tonight went to Stuart, Lizzie, Richard and Chris.
